Policy template · legal review required
Privacy
This template explains how the ModernizeMe AI marketing website is intended to handle information. It is not a representation that the policy has been legally approved or that every described practice is already configured.
Draft updated: July 30, 2026
Information collected
The site may collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, business website, phone number, current tools, and description of a process you want to improve. Standard web infrastructure may also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data through the workflow-review form.
Form submissions
Information submitted through the workflow-review form is intended to be used to understand and respond to your request, communicate about relevant services, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate business record. The production form endpoint and exact storage system must be documented before launch.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics identifier is configured in this build. If analytics or nonessential cookies are added, this policy and any consent controls must be updated to identify the provider, purpose, fields, retention, and applicable choices. Form field values must not be sent to analytics.
Service providers
Hosting, form delivery, scheduling, security, analytics, and other service providers may process limited data on the company’s behalf when configured. A production policy should list or categorize the actual providers and link to relevant notices where appropriate.
Data retention
Information should be retained only for a documented business, security, or legal need, then deleted or de-identified according to an approved schedule. The final schedule requires operational and legal review before production.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about the information associated with a workflow-review request or request correction or deletion, subject to verification and any legitimate retention requirement. Jurisdiction-specific rights and response procedures must be added after legal review; this template does not claim a particular compliance status.
Browser agents and WebMCP interactions
The site can expose limited browser-agent tools. A read-only tool recommends a service from a fixed local mapping. The integrations tool filters public examples locally. A browser agent may prepare the visible workflow-review form, but it cannot auto-submit the request; you must review the fields and submit manually.
Agent tool calls should not be used to collect hidden personal data. Values in the workflow-review form are not intended for analytics. Your browser or agent provider may separately process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Contact information
Until a production privacy email or postal contact is supplied, privacy questions can be initiated through the workflow-review page by clearly labeling the request as a privacy question. A dedicated contact method must be added during legal review.
Changes to this template
The policy may change when the production form, hosting, analytics, cookies, providers, or data practices are finalized. The effective date and material changes should be made visible.
